Although not required to travel with us, it's highly encouraged. Your travel is a large investment worth protecting. We work with three suppliers plus the cruise line supplier. If you prefer, you may purchase travel insurance on your own. However, we will offer some assistance with travel insurance. Please note: we are not professional insurance agents therefore policy specific questions will be directed to our supplier partner.

OCCUPANCY DETAILS:

Double occupancy = two persons to a stateroom
-
Third and Fourth person = 1 or 2 additional person to a double occupancy room or stateroom.
Please be sure to count children and infants when considering occupancy. Staterooms accommodate up to 4 persons. Haven Suites can accommodate up to 8. Adjoining rooms are "as supply last".

CANCELLATION & TRANSFERS:

Staterooms may be transferred to another up to and no later than 14 days prior to departure

Cancellations prior to 120 days (January 29, 2026) to departure may receive up to a 100% refund (less required deposit) or a cruise credit.

Cancellation must be in written form, via our primary method of contact - Tern Travel Portal.
OCCUPANCY DETAILS:​

Passengers are responsible for ensuring that they have the proper travel documents and MUST CHECK with the respective consulate(s) or visa agency to determine whether any visas or passports are required.

Traveling with a Passport: Passports are required to be valid for at least 6 months after the date of travel. Some countries require a full blank “VISA” page in the passport for stamping purposes. Any information provided on travel description pertains to US citizens only. Non-US citizens should check with the respective consulate of the country(s) to be visited for current entry requirements. Reservations must be made in your FULL NAME as it appears on your passport.

Traveling without a passport: You will need to provide and carry (a) proof of US citizenship and (b) valid government-issued ID.

Traveling with children - Infants must be at least 12 months old. Additional document requirements will be determined upon reserving a stateroom. ​

When making your reservations, you can choose to pay in full or select our convenient payment plan. Milestone payments are required to avoid automatic cancellation of your trip; includes deposit, 180 days prior to departure, and 120 days prior to departure(final payment). No exceptions.

Travel documents, itineraries and travel instructions will be sent via email 30 days or earlier prior to travel. All documents will be sent via electronic mail and stored in your travel portal.
